Senior Account Manager

Caitlin joined Ketner Group in the fall of 2007 and was instrumental in assisting the Ketner Group team with client support. In the spring of 2008, Caitlin served as an Account Coordinator at Hackney Communications, a legal and financial communications PR firm, where she was responsible for copywriting, managing newsletters, securing client speaking opportunities and serving as a key media contact for priority clients. Caitlin joined Ketner Group full-time in August 2008 and now serves as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for media and analyst outreach efforts, marketing and communications messaging, copywriting and editing, and over-all account management. Caitlin graduated from the University of Texas in 2007 with a B.S. in Corporate Communications and is a proud Texas Longhorn Band and Color Guard alumnus. Hook ‘em!

Why I Love My Job: “I love immersing myself in the diversity of our clients’ industries and find learning the 'ins and outs' of their businesses fascinating. I also love my team at Ketner Group and feel very lucky to be a part of a team that has such positive chemistry with each other and our clients.”

Favorite Austin Hangout: “Serve me up a cold cider at the Alamo Drafthouse (a dine-in cinema) and I’m pleasantly content. Arrive 30 minutes early and add my friends to the mix – I’m in my favorite place!”

Guilty Pleasure: “I have no guilty confessions. I have already confessed to my chocolate addiction and romantic comedy collection.”
